If the contact page on your website displays your e-mail address or your current contact/feedback form is not working as it should, our user-friendly e-mail form is the perfect solution. It's also designed to help reduce spambots from grabbing your e-mail address off your contact page. We can integrate the e-mail form module into your website free of charge.
Your interactive e-mail form could contain input boxes for name, address, phone number, e-mail address and a text box for messages. You can also have customers answer specific questions displayed as choices in drop down boxes, check boxes or radio buttons. After they submit the form, it will check for errors (missing fields and incorrect e-mail formats) and allow the user to correct the missing information. An optional confirmation thank you page can be displayed. If you'd like the customer to receive a courtesy auto-reply e-mail, we can also add that option to the form. Feedback results will be sent to your e-mail inbox or other preferred address. We provide easy hosting of the scripts.
